Physiotherapy can be defined as physiotherapeutic system of treatment which focuses on the science of movement, helps people to restore, maintain and maximize their physical strength, function, motion by examination, treatment, advice, instructions and by addressing the underlying physical issues to any person suffering from physical disorders, body malfunction, movement dysfunction, healing, pain from trauma , disease, physical and mental conditions using physiotherapy means which include exercise therapy like mechanical movements, mobilization, manipulation and electrical modalities, helping in diagnosis, treatment and preventions.
It is a healthcare profession which is basically concerned with deterrence of impairments, disabilities and encourages mobility, movement, functional independence, ergonomics and quality of life.

Eligibility Criteria | The candidate must have completed age of 17 years of the age as on 31st December of admission year. There is no maximum age limit for the admission.Educational Qualification:10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics.A candidate who has appeared in the examination of intermediate (science) is also eligible for entrance examination but must produce the mark sheet or certificates at the time of admission to the course.Students shall be admitted once a year. |
